The Reckoning

So when somebody goes above and beyond to create homerun props, which include a watertower, and actually fills the thing with water, how can you *not* take a miss?  It’s not every day you get to toss lead at a watertower.

Over this past weekend, I attended The Reckoning, a two day SASS shoot in PA, which was held at my favorite cowboy club.  The folks behind it really do a great job creating props, and interesting stages.  I hope they do it again next year.

I had loads of fun, regardless of endless problems with my shotgun, which is about ready for a viking funeral.  On one of the stages, we had to shoot through open ended barrels, and there musta been a bunch of unburned black powder residue, cause I started a fire in one.  Nothing major, just some flames dancing around inside, but still, how often do you get to shoot through open ended barrels, start a fire, and keep going?

That is why I shoot black magic.
