While I think CCW reform in NJ is a total uphill battle, hopefully these three fish will be fried, either with this case, or another one coming down the pike;
- NJ’s idea that Firearms are a collective *right*
- That *self defense* is not a legit reason to own a gun, regardless of what Heller and McDonald say
- That even if *self defense* is a legit reason, that one can not be denied 2A rights due to low levels of crime in ones town/municipality/city
Fry those fish, and proper CCW reform could be easier achieved in NJ.


Man, I hope so. And I gotta wonder how much money Christie will put into defending NJ’s gun laws…
