By what I can see, I’d suggest a model 1908,
Designed by John Browning, licensed to Colt
They were available in .25 ACP, .32 ACP, and
.380 ACP. Barrel lengths from 2″ to 4″ were
available. The 1908 in .25 cal, with a 2″ barrel
was the smallest “pocket pistol” ever made by Colt. There were somewhere near 500,000
sold, it was a decent success for Colt at the time. (It may not even be a Colt in the picture)
